

Overview!
Win With Trust Prize Draws are UK-only, 18+ competitions in which paid and free entrants vie for a cash prize fund split 50% / 30% / 20% across three winners.
These rules apply to every draw unless we state otherwise on the entry page.

How to Enter!
Purchase a ticket through our secure checkout system. The moment your payment clears you’ll receive an email confirmation which officially enters you into the Cash Prize Draw.
Each ticket equals one entry; buy up to 50 tickets per draw to improve your odds.

Free Postal Entry!
We offer one free postal entry per person per draw. Send your full name, address, phone, email and the name of the draw on a plain postcard to the address on the entry page.
We must receive (not just post-stamp) your card before ticket sales close.

Ticket Cap & Pricing!
We cap paid tickets at the same figure as the advertised prize fund, e.g. 1,000 tickets for a £1,000 fund, and never issue extras.
Tickets are £1.99 each, inclusive of VAT. If fewer than the maximum tickets sell, the prize fund shrinks pro-rata to match the money actually collected.

Draw Date & Draw Method!
The draw takes place at the exact date and time shown on the entry page.
We then export the final entry list into an independently sourced random-name selector and record the result.

Prize Allocation & Payouts!
• 1st place: 50% of the final fund
• 2nd place: 30% of the final fund
• 3rd place: 20% of the final fund
All cash prizes are tax-free for UK players and paid by bank transfer within 5 business days of verification.

Winner Notification & Validation!
We’ll call and/or email provisional winners within 48 hours. To claim, you must prove:
• age 18 +
• UK residential address
• identity matching the winning entry.
Failure to verify within 14 days lets us redraw or deal with the prize as advised by our terms and conditions.

Publicity & Privacy!
We publish the winners’ names and county on our website and social feeds.
If you prefer greater anonymity, just tell us, and we’ll abbreviate your name (e.g. “John S, or john”).
All personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Disqualification, Cancellation & Complaints!
We may void entries or cancel a draw for fraud, technical failure or legal/regulatory reasons.
If we cancel outright, all paid entry fees are refunded in full.
Complaints we can’t resolve within 8 weeks may be taken to RetailADR for independent resolution.
