Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing an entry ("Ticket") in a Win With Trust cash‑prize draw (the "Draw"). Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy alongside our Terms of Service and Prize‑Draw Rules. Capitalised terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in those documents.


1. No statutory cancellation right

  • Under Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, digital tickets for a dated draw are treated as a time‑specific leisure service. This means the usual 14‑day "cool‑off" period does not apply.
  • Accordingly, all Ticket sales are final and non‑refundable once your order is confirmed (i.e. when we send a confirmation email).

2. Use of entry fees

  • 100 % of paid entry fees received for a given Draw are allocated to:
  1. forming the Prize Fund advertised for that Draw; and
  2. covering unavoidable payment‑processing, administration and staff costs.
  • If fewer than the maximum number of Tickets are sold before the Draw closes, the Prize Fund will be reduced pro‑rata to reflect the total amount of paid entries actually received, and you accept this risk when purchasing.

3. Free postal entries

  • A free entry route is available by post, limited to one free entry per natural person per Draw (see Prize‑Draw Rules for details).
  • No payment is taken for free entries; therefore, no refund or replacement applies.

4. Duplicate or erroneous charges (our fault)

We will, of course, refund you in full if:

  • we charge your payment card more than once for the same order; or
  • we accept payment for a Draw that we later cancel in its entirety (see §6).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us confirming the error.

5. Your order details & responsibility

  • Please double‑check your cart before checkout. We cannot amend or cancel a Ticket once allocated.
  • Tickets are non‑transferable to another person or Draw.

6. Cancellation or voiding of a Draw

We reserve the right to cancel or void a Draw in the limited circumstances set out in the Prize‑Draw Rules (e.g. technical failure, fraud, force majeure). In that event we will, at our discretion:

  1. refund all paid entry fees in full; or
  2. reschedule the Draw to a new date and notify all entrants. Your statutory rights outside the cancellation exemption above are not affected.

7. How to request a refund (where eligible)

Email Hello@winwithtrust.co.uk with:

  • your full name;
  • order number;
  • Draw name/date; and
  • a brief description of the issue.

We aim to acknowledge all refund queries within 2 business days.
