Shipping policy

Unlike a traditional e‑commerce store, Win With Trust does not ship any physical goods. All products we sell—paid or free‑entry tickets to our cash‑prize draws (each a "Ticket")—are digital‑only and delivered electronically. This Shipping Policy explains how and when you will receive your Tickets and, if applicable, your prize.


1. Ticket delivery

  • Instant email delivery: Immediately after successful checkout (paid Ticket) or validation (free postal entry) we send a confirmation email to the address you provided. That email contains confirmation and serves as proof of entry.
  • No physical dispatch: Because Tickets are digital, we do not print, post or courier anything to you. Consequently, there are no shipping fees and no shipping times.
  • Email accuracy: Please ensure your email address is correct and that you check your junk/spam folder. We are not responsible for non‑delivery caused by incorrect details or aggressive spam filters.

2. Prize payout (if you win)

  • Digital payment: Cash prizes are paid by UK bank transfer, or another secure electronic method agreed with the winner. We never send physical cheques or cash.
  • Verification: Before payment we must verify your identity, age (18+) and UK residency, per our Terms of Service. Once verified, we aim to process payments within 5 business days.

3. Returns & refunds

All Ticket sales are final under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Shipping plays no role in eligibility for refunds, since nothing is shipped.

4. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect immediately for new purchases but do not apply retrospectively.
